This Missouri Day Marching Festival has been sanctioned by the high school activities associations in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. This allows high schools from adjoining states to participate in this interstate non-athletic event, and guarantees these schools the event is organized within the guidelines set forth by the Missouri State High School Activities Association. |
